Notion Integration
Sync your Notion workspace — pages, databases, and wikis — into SharedMemory's knowledge graph.
What Gets Synced
| Resource | Synced Data |
|---|---|
| Pages | Title, content (blocks), properties |
| Databases | Schema, entries, relations |
| Comments | Page and inline comments |
Setup
- Go to Settings → Integrations → Notion
- Click Connect Notion
- Authorize via Notion OAuth
- Select pages/databases to sync
- Choose a target volume
How It Works
- Block parsing: Notion blocks (paragraphs, lists, code, tables) are extracted as structured text
- Database entries: Each row becomes a potential entity with properties as facts
- Relations: Notion's native relation properties are mapped to graph relationships
- Incremental sync: Only changed pages are re-processed after initial sync
Example Queries
- "What's in the product roadmap?"
- "Find the meeting notes from last Friday"
- "What are the acceptance criteria for the login feature?"
Permissions
Read content— Pages and databases you explicitly share with the integration- Notion's OAuth scope is per-page — you control exactly what SharedMemory can access
